This rule doesn't need to apply to large monuments and events i.e.. Cargo ship, Launch site, Military tunnels, Hackable Crates are allowed kill-zones but be goofy about it. No Offline raiding because that's lame and boring. If you wish to raid someone's base then set up a time date with them or be absolutely 100% sure they are home. Avoid door camping because that's lame. That's really it. Resource gather is doubled, upkeep is halved, and decay is 70% slower. Be a goob and build something funny or create a niche.
