Griefing Server Definition:
Intent of making a base you don’t own inaccessible to the actual owner in any way.
Examples:
1. Placing High External Walls all around someone’s base so that they may not exit / enter.
2. Placing external TCs around someone’s base to prevent them from building any further.
3. Exempt if a player’s base is fully raided (raider gains TC access).
